Before Booking Your Appointment
Please take a moment to review our studio policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone. We kindly ask all clients to arrive clean, fresh, and ready for treatment—this includes clean skin (no makeup, lotions, or oils), fresh clothing, and minimal fragrance. These simple steps help us maintain a hygienic and harmonious space for your session.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all LaserxBeauty policies, including appointment etiquette, hygiene expectations and our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy & Rescheduling Appointments
At LaserxBeauty, we value your time and commitment to your beauty journey. Our 24-hour cancellation policy ensures fairness and efficiency for all our clients.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly provide us with 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly. If you provide proper notice, we're happy to refund your deposit. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. This policy ensures that we can effectively manage our appointments and maintain the quality of our services. Cancellation policies are put in place to help protect our studios appointments. All deposits are non-refundable and will go towards your appointment.
We are aware that our clients schedules can change with little to no notice. When you schedule an appointment multiple resources of ours are reserved to ensure we are ready for you to experience an exceptional appointment this includes, products and time. Once your appointment is scheduled those resources are then unavailable to other clients. You can communicate with us during regular business hours via email, text, direct messages on social media to reschedule your appointment. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients.
No Show & Late Arrivals Policy
At LaserxBeauty we arrange our appointments to make sure we have an adequate amount of time to properly sanitize and sterilize, set up and a 10-minute grace period for clients. We ask for you to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment or consultation to allow you to complete your consent forms. If a client is more than 10 minutes late we will always try our best to accommodate. However it is not guaranteed we will be able to accommodate.
No shows are not tolerated. Failing to "No Show" for your appointment will result in losing your deposit. If you would like to proceed with a secondary appointment the full amount is required. If your second appointment is missed the full payment will be non-refundable. Packages are non refundable, if you cancel or do not show up to your appointment without enough notice. You will lose that session.
